CEO AND CO-FOUNDER

Paul Hood

Having graduated in the top 1% of his class in Accounting at OSU, Paul is a CPA and author who founded Hood & Associates in 1992.

He has since acquired 25+ accounting firms with clients in 30+ states, and is a 2x honoree for top 10 OSU-owned businesses in growth. Paul is on the Forbes Financial Council and a contributor to Forbes and CBS Tulsa.

Suzi Sosa

Suzi is a serial entrepreneur who has been building technology-based and mission-driven companies for the last 20 years.

Before joining PaulHood, she founded Verb, an online leadership development platform acquired by Paycor in 2023. Suzi also won the Ernst & Young Social Entrepreneur of the Year Award and has an MPA from Harvard Kennedy School.
